We would like to thank you very much for choosing Chef Alan's for your special function.
We hope the following information will help you in planning a successful event.
Menu Selection - To assure your menu is properly executed, please submit your
selections 10 days in advance. Specially tailored menus may be discussed with our
catering department. It is our policy that all food and beverage be provided by Chef
Alan's and not brought from outside sources.
Guaranteed Attendance - A guaranteed number of guests is to be committed to at least 48 hours prior to your function.
Credit Information - A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per room is required to
confirm and hold your reservation on the selected date. The balance, minus the deposit, is due the day of
the function. There will be no exceptions to this policy unless credit has been
established and approved by our credit department prior to your function.

Room Arrangements - For the comfort of your guests, we will be pleased to
organize a seating plan. Please advise us if a head table, special seating arrangements
or dance floor are required.
Room Assignments - Chef Alan's reserves the right to assign another room for
whatever reasons, should it not be possible to provide the originally scheduled room.
Gratuity - A gratuity charge equal to 18% of the total food and beverage will be added by Chef Alan's. Prices are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax.
Room Charges - Room charges will apply where applicable. They may be discussed
with our catering department.
