"Main Dining Room - carpeted, dining tables clean, attractive with greenery and colors in motion. Bar - 18 stools, 3 sinks - all areas clean. Outside dining for 28 is attractive and bright. Clean. Kitchen is most interesting with all new equipment - made for easy cleaning and sterilization. Employees wear uniforms and hair pinned back. Kitchen workers wear aprons and head gear. Very good inspection!"
