Chef Alan has worked in the food service
industry for the past 20 years and is a graduate
of one of the finest culinary schools in the
country - The Culinary Institute of America.
In 1988 at the age of 29 he, with his brother
Jeff, opened Chef Alan's Restaurant and has
built a reputation for providing quality service
and great food at reasonable prices.
Comments from a recent health inspection:
"Main Dining Room - carpeted, dining tables clean,
attractive with greenery and colors in motion.
Bar - 18 stools, 3 sinks - all areas clean.
Outside dining for 28 is attractive and bright. Clean.
Kitchen is most interesting with all new equipment -
made for easy cleaning and sterilization.
Employees wear uniforms and hair pinned back.
Kitchen workers wear aprons and head gear.
Very good inspection!"
